From 1-3 December 2026, Bordeaux will welcome wine professionals from around the world for VINITECH-SIFEL, a leading international trade show dedicated to innovation and solutions for the wine, fruit and vegetable sectors.
Bringing together 700 exhibitors, 40,000 professionals from 70 countries and 70,000 m² of exhibition space, VINITECH-SIFEL offers three days to discover new technologies, meet industry experts and explore solutions across five key sectors, from cultivation techniques and winery equipment to bottling, packaging, services and marketing.
An exclusive programme for international visitors
International wine professionals can take their visit beyond the exhibition halls with an exclusive programme of technical and innovation tours organised by Interco Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
Starting on 30 November, the day before the trade show opens, participants will have the opportunity to visit wine estates and châteaux in the Bordeaux region, discover equipment and innovations in real-life conditions and exchange directly with local professionals.
On 1 and 2 December, visitors can combine a morning at VINITECH-SIFEL with technical visits in the afternoon. To round off their stay in Bordeaux, participants will also have the opportunity to visit the Cité du Vin on Friday, 4 December, for a final immersion in the world of wine.
The program is designed specifically for international visitors, with organisation, support and translation provided by Interco Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Participation in the technical visits is free upon registration, with limited places, and the program is 100% funded by VINITECH-SIFEL.
International buyers programme
International wine professionals with an investment project in new equipment, technologies or solutions may be eligible for the International Buyers Program. Selected participants can benefit from 4-star hotel accommodation and financial support towards their travel costs, helping facilitate their visit to Bordeaux and VINITECH-SIFEL.
The program also provides a tailor-made experience, with access to the trade show, personalised assistance and targeted B2B meetings with exhibitors selected according to each participant’s investment needs. This allows international buyers to identify relevant solutions, connect directly with key industry players and develop their projects during the three days of the event.
Accommodation and travel support are subject to eligibility and coverage conditions and approval by the selection committee.
International village
At the heart of VINITECH-SIFEL, the International Village brings together wine professionals and delegations from different regions of the world in one dedicated space. It is a unique opportunity to discover wines and products from international wine regions, exchange knowledge and expertise, and build new connections with industry professionals from around the globe. Throughout the three days of the trade show, visitors will be able to meet participating delegations, discover new markets and share experiences, making the International Village a true meeting point for the global wine community.
