EXHIBITOR PACK

Your exhibitor information email including all important deadlines, set up and breakdown information (including the wearing of hi-vis), vehicle and staff passes have been sent on email – if you have not received this email please contact [email protected] and we will be able to reissue the email to you.

We are aware that Phishing/Spam emails are being sent to exhibitors. These are either offering the opportunity to pay for attendee lists or for appearing in a fake show guide.  If you are unsure about any email you receive, please forward on to [email protected] and we will confirm whether it is a genuine contact email or not.

Additional Booking Options & Deadlines

Electrical sockets and lights – Deadline 23 October 2026 (orders after this date will be subject to a 25% surcharge):

Shell scheme stands include a 13amp plug and two spotlights (a gang type extension is allowed up to the maximum rating of 3kw)

Open space stands do not include any electrical sockets or lights.

Shell scheme name board – Deadline 31 October 2026

A number of Exhibitors have requested an alternative name on the shell scheme board to the company name on the booking. If you do require an alternative name on your shell scheme board, please confirm on this email as a back-up confirmation to emails already sent to Jamie McGrorty.

On-stand catering – Deadline 5 November 2026

Please find attached the menu and booking form from Abbots Events which must be returned direct to [email protected]. Please do contact them if you have specific dietary requirements as they will be able to assist.

Exhibition display systems, graphics and printed materials including design and print – Deadline 7 November 2025

Real Print and Media are the preferred supplier to The Vineyard & Winery Show for all your display systems, graphics, media and print requirements. Please contact Michael or Kevin on 01622 200123 or email [email protected]

Audio-Visual hire – Deadline 7 November 2026

If you require Audio-Visual equipment for your stand such as a TV and stand please contact our event AV partner EM Communications on [email protected] or call Ed Manwaring on 07973 189879.

Furniture hire – Deadline 12 November 2026

Furniture is not included with your stand. Please visit our event partner Ability Hire where you will be able to view and book your furniture direct.
